"I was traveling to Iowa from Milwaukee this past Saturday when the engine on my Road King started to die. I was able to reach your dealership a bit after noon and was immediatly allowed to bring my bike into your Service Department. Your technician, Evan, was quick and courteous, giving me as a traveler priority over other scheduled work. After a short period of time the problem was diagnosed as being a bad crank sensor. Unfortunately, your Parts Department did not have one on hand, so Evan quickly got me back on the road without the problem fixed, but with it correctly diagnosed. I was charged a very resonable fee for the diagnostic work done and am very impressed with your Service organization-I rate Wilwert's 9 of 10 (you would have been a 10 had the part been in inventory). Again, thanks to Evan and the rest of the Saturday Service Crew. "

"A group of us came through your dealership on Saturday, 07.19.2008 while on a River Roads HOG Chapter overnight ride. Our chapter is out of Quincy, IL. We were all so impressed with the dealership! We were greeted as soon as we got inside the door with a smile and genuine feeling of welcome. The accessories sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My fiance ended up buying a riding jacket, I believe it's called a Brawler Switchback - something he's been in need of for some time. She even pulled out the catalog to show him what would be replacing that particular style. My point...your dealership was friendly and welcoming. The facility itself was wonderfully laid out and had a great stock selection. Thanks for making us feel welcome! "

"We got our 1st HD in Waterloo, was over that way and stopped in to the Galena store, got a Softail built for us, now buying a 03 Glide.. Why do we drive 100 miles one way when we have a HD deal close to us?....because no other dealer will do what these ppl have done for us.. When we get another new one in a few yrs we will make the trip once again.
Clay and his pretty wife and all his staff have ALWAYS been top notch ppl and in our book the best deal we have been to. You really do deserve the best when you are buying a bike and they can answer any question you might have or need to know.... Will we ever buy a HD from any other dealer??? "My wife and I were on a trip and stopped by your dealership on July 5th. Our bike wouldn't start when we were getting ready to leave. His name slips my mind but your service writer immediately took our bike in and in a very short period of time it was ready. Turned out to be a loose ground cable on the frame and the cost was minimal. We appreciated the honesty and thoroughness in doing a complete check of the electrical system. The potential to sell us a battery or something else we really didn't need was there. Those two guys are a class act and reflect very favorably on your dealership. Thnaks again for the great service and we'll be back."

" Clay and Janelle you have a wonderful staff and I would recommend your dealership and services to everyone that I can and I tell the story to people everyday about how great your customer service is. The experience I had with my purchase at Wilwert's was the best buying experience I have had. Everyone there treats you with respect and seem to be committed to servicing, you the customer, the best they can. From the time you walk in you are greeted by a smiling face, and will direct you to the right person or department. I just want to thank everyone from Dayna at front desk, Pam and Chris in clothes, Brad and Pete in parts, Scott and Travis in service and Mitch and Dan in sales, for the way you all treat customers and make them feel like they are part of a family. Chad took good caring me being a pain in the back, looking for the motorcycle weeks before it was due in and me changing units at the last minute.
